Integrated Therapeutic Bodywork Session With Sam

Designed to nourish and heal, this session integrates expert massage therapy (Deep tissue/Myofascial) with long flowing strokes (Esalen/Swedish) to cleanse both the energetic and the physical body of stagnation, tightness, and pain. With an eye for postural analysis and energetic balancing, the session begins with a few minutes of movement therapy, (Aerial Yoga Swing/FeetUp Trainer/Hatha Yoga) as a way of opening and preparing the body to receive the most benefit from the hands-on bodywork.
