Personal trainers will evaluate and design a strength training session that is sensitive to the physical and energetic needs of the client. The session will utilize body weight, lightweight resistance, and core and mobility-focused exercises. The workout is unique every time and is tailored to the unique needs of the individual to maximize progress and empowerment of the mental and physical bodies.
